A Motivated Lifestyle with Success and Happiness.

We all want a motivated lifestyle: ahealthy, successful and happy story of our life, and we work hard, read self-help books, listen to the best podcasts, give up on bad habits, work out daily, keep ourselves fit.

We do literally everything.

And yet that destination always seens farther and farther the more we try to reach it.

So how to we incorporate that successful and healthy life tips within our own lifestyle to keep ourselves motivated and lively? We need to do something at least.

We need to find a solution.

The Key to the Motivated Lifestyle

The thing about success and happiness is that they are found within us.

That’s quite something most of us realise very later in life.

Instead, we end up living our days until old age, having a whole misconception about success and happiness being present somewhere else than its original place.

But everything we ever need is already within us.

So, where do you find success and happiness?

Standing at the position of the lead actor of the highest-grossing film?

Having the audience cheer your name as you step onstage?

Playing music for thousands of people in the theatre?

Do you feel overly powerful when you fly down the track at Bolt speed and win the gold medal?

Okay, maybe this doesn’t excite you.

Maybe you see yourself as the budding entrepreneur or the industrialist who’s bank account is overflowing wealth. Maybe your vision of your ideal life is that of a scientist in a lab making a breakthrough, maybe a professor in some university.

Or it might so happen that you don’t fit into any of these career options.

You have something else in mind entirely.

A friend of mine aspires to be a Secret Services agent (a RAW agent!), and I think I’ve never seen someone with such a dynamic vision of life. At such a young age.

What I want to say through all of this is how all of us have varying dreams and visions of how we want our lives to play out.

We have everything planned out.

But where exactly—in this routine of dreams and achievements—do we really find true success and happiness?

Is it found in all of the accomplishments in your career, or is it found on the face of your kids when you give them an ice-cream treat? Or your loved ones in general when you give them time?

Sure, it can happen. You might get that feeling of happiness, obviously, because, well, who doesn’t find joy in ice-cream?

Is that the success and happiness you want to find?

Where have you found it? Or have you yet?

The Successfully Motivated Lifestyle

The true form of success doesn’t come to you in the form of the overflowing bank accounts, with more money than you could possibly spend, or the loads of contacts, the highest networth, the wealth-generating assets.

No, no and no.

The truest form of success—the one that really matters in the end—comes in the form of self-satisfaction. The growth and discovery along the way, knowing that the destination you are after, will be beautiful and almost etereal.

But we can also find it in knowing that the journey is and has been tremendous.

You learnt so much in the way, and all of it will come to use at every moment of life. It is—also in a way—realising that life did not have to be a goal you had to achieve, rather a certain, unique-to-yourself journey you had to experience.

Success was never found on the last, top-most step. It was there through the whole staircase, climbing along with you to see how far you were willing to go. Success is found in the self-confidence, the determination, the resilience. It is always found in the patience, the human will. How much are you willing to take?

We can find it in the discipline, in the desire to grow. It is nailed when you decide that you do not want to stay the same person anymore.

You find discipline when you decide you do not want to spend your life living in your comfort zone.

Success is found in the blood, sweat and tears.

Success is always found in you.

Happiness: The Inspired Lifestyle

The happiness that doesn’t come in form of smiles and laughter.

The true form of happiness doesn’t come to you when you are grinning wide at the camera, you know, with all your friends. It doesn’t come in posing with delegates and posting reels on social media where you are smiling and laughing and it looks like you are enjoying life.

In fact, this happiness comes in some other form more often than not.

You find happiness when you are sitting together with family and just chilling and watching the film and eating popcorn when all of a sudden realising—’Whoa, was I just taking this for granted? Was I just taking all of this for granted? What a moron I was being!’

Now, obviously, as you realize you were taking it for granted, you now stop doing that. You don’t remain that ignorant person anymore. And it’s like all the blinds you had put on your eyes have been pulled open.

Now you see how beautiful and awesome all of it is.

It shocks you, how beautiful and joyful life actually is—by default—and all we humans do is squander it. We just let it go to waste, trying to create fake happiness in our selfies and photos and when we are with people we want to make a good impression on.

We don’t try to be our real selves at all. That’s why the happiness isn’t real either.

So where do you find the true success and happiness?

Must be some place.
