The world is full of noise.
Constant, ringing, loud noise.
Daily communication. Petty arguments. Obnoxious and hateful comments.

In this hustle and bustle of our daily life, how do we prevent the power of words from being overshadowed and silenced by the power of hatred?
Words can have tremendous impact on shaping our reality, our environment, and this post talks about how to change the world with your words, how to influence others and make your better impact on those around you.
Whether spoken or written, words have monumental power—to inspire, comfort, educate, empower, and of course, like two sides of the same coin, they can also demotivate, hurt, offend and humiliate. And this role applies to everyone around the globe. You decide the words you speak and how they affect the people you interact with. It all depends on you.
When it comes to understanding how to change the world with your words, you are the catalyst.
Words can inspire change among people, ignite within them a kind of passion for the good, create a sense of unity and compassion within the people, no matter what background or culture they come from. Words binds us. We don’t have to let our languages create difference between us. We can be bound together by sentiments if we wish to.
By building bridges.
By creating empathy to change the world that always seems to be divided by differences.
Let’s now discuss the power of your words and how they can change the world.

Change the World with Your Words
Negativity and criticism often dominates us and our conversations, often creates a sense of dislike and spite among people. This doesn’t have to be the case.
We can choose, mindfully, to use our words not to demean someone else but to uplift all others, to offer encouragement and spread kindness around.
A single compliment spoken with a smile works. A word of support, of belief, along with a pat on the shoulder works. An optimistic message works. These little things done, little words spoken can brighten someone’s day and who knows, they might just end up spreading the posivitiy around.
Have you complimented someone today?
I haven’t either, so here’s it: you are a kind person, dear reader, and I hope whatever you’re going through, you succeed. I hope things work out for you. You deserve better things that whatever is holding you down. You deserve to spread your wings and soar. I believe in you. Smile more because it’s beautiful. Stay healthy. Stay safe.

Bring a Change
Words can bring a change. Words have the power to spark movements, to raise awareness about social issues, to speak the truth. Change can be brought about and change can be meaningful.
You can use your words to speak against things you know aren’t right. You can stand up to the wrong actions and injustices.
Words can Spread Knowledge
Knowledge is power.
And words are what we use to spread knowledge, share the information, the ideas, the different perspective. We can take the opportunities and the indispensable power of words in our life to educate ourselves, and then educate others.
We can empower ourselves and those around us with the weapon of knowledge, and end up creating meaningful change and inspiring action in the right direction.

Comfort Someone
Words can heal. Just as well as they can wound.
If your words have ever hurt somebody else, whether it was accidental or not, you need to reprimand. Words have the power to change the world, I agree. But they also have the power to change someone’s life. Or someone’s day. For the better or for the worse.
Just as your words can make someone’s day, they can also be used in the opposite way to ruin someone’s day.
Words can provide someone with comfort in the moments of hardship and pain. If someone’s losing their way, help them. Talk kindly to them. Your words can provide someone strength to keep going on. And who knows, maybe that’s the only thing they need at that time.
It doesn’t hurt to try, though.
If you see someone struggling, lend them an ear. Ask them if they need any kind of help. Be gentle. Show empthay even if you don’t know them that well. Remind them that they are not alone and everyone else might be going through similar things. All that we should do is find comfort among people who get us.
Create a Welcoming Environment
Words can bring people together. They can create a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone, help embrace the richness and diversity of different cultures, beliefs, backgrounds, to create a world where all voices are heard and no one feels left alone, a world where no hatred prevails and everyone feels like family.
And the only time I ever see that kind of a world is when I’m falling asleep and need something inspiring and revolutionary to wake up the next day and work for.
When will the day come when we could wake up and see that world out there waiting for us? Right in front of us? And we would at last be able to live it.
