When You Stop Worrying, Something Magical Happens

When you stop worrying, something magical happens.

When you stop worrying, the universe shows you its support.

How to stop worrying? When you stop worrying, something magical happens.

In the quiet of the day, putting all the tensions and anxieties aside, when you actually just sit down in the silence and smile at this whole ordeal, you’ll see how easy it always was. Nothing is out of bounds. Nothing is hard to answer. Nothing is powerful enough to make you lose your composure. Don’t let it.

Don’t give something so much power over you that it bothers you and ruins your day.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, I just know that I did—only this morning. I’d thought even the littlest of my worries would be the end of the world, and it’s a ridiculous assumption because—only when you step back and let go do you allow the universe to work its magic over you.

Nothing is out of bounds, it’s all achievable.

The existence of the problem presupposes the existence of its solution.

Life has a path it follows. You just have to follow it too. And everything else will fall into place. The answer is already there.

Just open your eyes.

So how to stop worrying?

Or probably the question should be, how to stop worrying when it’s all you’ve done your whole life?

It’s a question I would’ve asked myself a long time ago. Continuously. All the time. It’s something I wanted the answer to. Desperately. Because, to be honest, I have spent the bigger, brighter, happier part of my childhood worrying about things I didn’t need to worry about in the first place.

And then I realized just how trivial all of it was. How transitory. How…small. No one but I was thinking about it. No one else even cared. No one else even remembered.

Will I make friends? Do they like me? Why were they laughing when I passed by in the corridor? And then, I’m worried about tomorrow. I’m worried about next week. I’m worried about next year. I’m worried about my life.

Only the last issue seems big enough to warrant actual anxiety. What about my life? That’s a necessary question. Who cares what happens tomorrow. Who cares what they think?

How to stop worrying.

I’ve realized that the universe really backs us up. The universe actually looks after us, and helps us out, and shows us the way when we’re willing to see past our own uncertainties and understand the truths of life.

What truths? Does manifestation exist? Is someone looking out for us? What am I supposed to do? Do I create reality or do I just flow according to it?

Understandable, having these questions.

How do I stop worrying? Should I even stop worrying? What if I stop worrying and then something bad happens?

What if—

Stop.

You’re not going anywhere this way. You’re just hurting yourself thinking up a million different scenarios of how it might play out. You are so stuck in the loop that you might’ve just ignored the actual possibility, the one where everything works out magically. And what’s wrong with thinking that that one possibility us what you’re going to see happen in your life?

Why not think without bounds? Nothing is impossible. Your mind creates your reality, the moment you’d decide that the problem is nothing, the problem is actually nothing. The moment you take a step up and do what you think is right, it’s solved. You don’t even have to worry anymore.

It’s that easy. When you stop worrying, something very magical happens.

Why not just try it out once?

How to stop worrying.
