And there are some things that hurt more than others.

One day I decided to write about them.

The things that unsettle the soul, and make us stay awake for late at nights, thinking about old memories that still have a place in our heart. It’s the agony that harms us and the poetry written about that agony that heals. It’s the memory that harms us and the decision to cherish that memory that heals.

For this purpose, of proving an ointment for all the mental and emotional scars, and once again remind the world of the beauty of life, this book has been compiled, taking bits of poetry from the author’s own literary treasure. Providing words and emotions to the speechless, the poet comes forward with a string of gentle poems, and a suitable title to go along with it.

“Say something, say something, say something. For God’s sake, speak up.”
“So this is what I said when I began speaking.”

Don’t we all just want to say something?
